Rulemaking Committee Seeks Feedback From System Users

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division’s rulemaking advisory committee is seeking suggestions from system users for agenda topics for an upcoming meeting. The committee is discussing rules relating to medical payments and managed care organizations. A preliminary list of topics for the meeting includes updating fee schedules and consideration of adding new arbiter codes for complicated exams and very complex reports.
