The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation will hold a public hearing to consider amendments to 4123-19 regarding self-insured risk providers.
Proposed amendments cover 4123-19-03, where an employer desires to secure the privilege to pay compensation. The amendment states that the BWC administrator must consider whether the employer has demonstrated the financial ability to pay significant claims costs.
