Appellate Court's Comp Division to Consider Oral Arguments in May

The Appellate Court of Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission Division announced that it will consider arguments in 20 cases in late May. The court will listen to oral arguments on May 25 through May 27 at the Supreme Court Courtroom at 160 N. LaSalle Street in downtown Chicago. The judicial panel will include Presiding Justice John McCullough, Justice Thomas Hoffman, Justice Donald Hudson, Justice William Holdridge, and Justice James Donovan.
