The 7th District Court of Appeals at Amarillo on Tuesday revived an injured worker's bad faith action against the third-party claims administrator for his self-insured government employer.In a decision Tuesday by Justice James T. Campbell, the court ruled that JI Specialty Services was not entitled to summary dismissal of Wendell Taylor's claims against it on the basis of derivative governmental immunity.The case was Taylor v.
