A claimant pleaded guilty to workers' compensation fraud after the Bureau of Workers' Compensation confirmed that he was working as a roofer and construction worker while receiving workers' compensation benefits. Donald Whitford, of Brunswick, Ohio, pleaded guilty to workers' compensation fraud on Sept. 25, and was sentenced to a suspended jail sentence of 180 days and to pay restitution totaling $3,239.
