Worker's Estate Can Proceed With Labor Law Claims Against Property Owner

A New York appellate court ruled that a worker’s estate could proceed with its Labor Law claims against the property owner who had hired him, as there were triable issues as to whether the property was being used for residential or commercial purposes.
