Postponed for eight months, a meeting of Florida's Three-Member Panel is back on, now set for Oct. 30, the Florida Division of Workers' Compensation announced Friday.
The panel is the next-to-last step in state review of medical reimbursement rules, including fee schedules and reimbursement manuals. But because the Florida Legislature has the final say-so and has declined to take action on fee changes for the past few years, the Three-Member Panel has had little reason to meet.
