Health Department Suspends License of Calif. Pain Doc Linked to 16 OD Deaths

The Washington state Department of Health’s Medical Quality Assurance Commission suspended the license of a doctor also licensed to practice in California for a “pattern of substandard medical care” leading to the death of at least 16 patients.
