Facts: Shannon MacGregor suffered injuries while working at a construction site during a storm. The contractor for the project failed to use tag lines or other safety devices to secure steel beams that were being hoisted, allowing them to spread when they were suddenly dropped.
The beams knocked MacGregor off the cab of a truck, causing injuries.
