A Travis County district court has sentenced a Houston woman for workers’ compensation fraud-related charges, Texas Mutual Insurance Company said in a release.
Raj Dhingra reported an occupational injury while working as a nurse for Kids Home Care of Texas in Houston, according to Texas Mutual. Dhingra claimed she was unable to work as a result of the injury, and Texas Mutual began paying her workers’ compensation benefits.
