Proposed WCB Rule Takes Aim at Work Comp PBMs

New York may become the first state to adopt a rule regarding drug pricing transparency and rebates specifically for workers’ compensation pharmacy benefit managers, which thus far have largely been able to avoid such requirements when contained in state legislation.
