Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf, as expected, has signed into law the "Protz fix" bill, along with a measure that aims to rescue the state's ailing Uninsured Employers' Guaranty Fund.
Wolf, a Democrat, endorsed the bills in a signing ceremony last week, his office reported.
