Judge Allows Fraud Claim to Proceed Against PEO Wholesaler

A federal trial court judge is allowing a fraud action to proceed against a wholesaler of professional employer organization services for allegedly cheating members of its sales team out of their commissions. U.S. District Court Judge Kimberly Mueller also declined to strike portions of the complaint filed by Michael Engstrom and Christopher Longo against Bixby Zane Insurance Services.
