Kamin, ReporterThe share of drugs that are not recommended by Texas treatment guidelines has decreased by two-thirds since the Division of Workers' Compensation adopted a closed formulary, according to a report released by the DWC this week.The division reported that the number of claimants using prescription drugs that are not recommended by the Official Disability Guidelines decreased by 67% from 2009 through 2011.
