A shooting range in Emmaus has been cited by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration for exposing its workers to lead and noise hazards, and may have to pay up to $135,000 in proposed fines.
The penalties were high for Higher Ground Tactical LLC largely because nine of the 35 violations it was cited for were classified as willful.
