BWC to Review ODG and Formulary for 'Continuing Viability'

The Bureau of Workers’ Compensation has amended its medical treatment guidelines under Chapter 0800-02-25, effective Feb. 5. The amendments state that after receiving updates to the Official Disability Guidelines, the bureau’s medical director will consult with the Medical Advisory Committee to review the changes and report to the bureau administrator on “the continuing viability” of the guidelines for use in Tennessee.
