WILG Holding 2023 Longshore Conference in March

The Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group is hosting its 2023 longshore conference in New Orleans from March 24-25. The event will feature Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs Director Christopher Godfrey providing updates about the federal agency. Session topics will cover issues including Medicare set-asides and Tricare liens, psychological testing, overlapping awards and simultaneous disabilities and billing strategies.
