The California Division of Workers’ Compensation revoked the qualified medical evaluator certification of a doctor who pleaded guilty to receiving kickbacks in exchange for prescribing compound drugs to injured workers.
Dr. Domenic Signorelli, 51, on July 22 signed an agreement to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy. The U.S. District Court for Central California accepted the guilty plea July 25.
