The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing $84,000 in fines for an agricultural cooperative after a worker at a fertilizer facility fell off a tanker truck and died in May.
The administration cited Farmers Cooperative, which has offices throughout the southeastern portion of Nebraska, for one repeat and two serious health and safety violations at its McCool Junction fertilizer plant, according to a Tuesday press release.
