Pure Premium Recommendation on Agenda for WCIRB Meeting

The Governing Committee of California’s Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau could recommend a Jan. 1, 2019, advisory pure premium rate during a meeting Wednesday in Oakland. Committee members will discuss recommendations from the WCIRB’s Actuarial Committee regarding methodologies for evaluating system trends and setting the advisory premium rate for next year.
