A state senator said Thursday that new allegations about unnecessary spending at Kentucky's largest workers' compensation insurer raise more questions about whether the company is doing all it can to reduce premiums for employers.
“It makes you wonder if the money wouldn't be better spent keeping premiums down to encourage more companies to come to Kentucky,” said state Sen. Tom Buford, R-Nicholasville.
