CS Holding 11th Annual Comp Conference Sept. 7-8

The Nevada Workers’ Compensation Section is holding its 11th annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference Sept. 7-8 in Las Vegas. Presentations will include a legislative update and an overview of the state Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Scheduled panels will cover treatment considerations for COVID-19 and mild traumatic brain injuries.  Other topics that will be covered include changes in the workplace, misclassification and policies for injured workers with disabilities and special needs.
