Oversight Panel Has Quick Turnaround Deadline for Fee Schedule

Straight out of the legislative womb, Delaware’s Workers’ Compensation Oversight Panel has just over a month to put together a medical fee schedule that will slash workers’ compensation medical costs by one-fifth in its first year of existence, and by one-third over three years.
