Southern California prosecutors said two people were ordered to pay $88,000 in restitution after pleading no contest to fraud charges involving the Supplemental Job Displacement Benefit voucher.
Salvador Franco Jr., 42, and Mirella Flores, 45, were both found guilty of 37 felony counts after accepting a court offer and pleading no contest to all counts on May 24, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office announced.
