The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services said it will start issuing workers’ compensation premium credits this month.
Lawmakers this year enacted two measures directing the monopolistic carrier to issue credits to policyholders. During the regular session, lawmakers passed SF 89 requiring a premium credit equal to one month of premiums. A fiscal analysis estimated the one-month credit would amount to a total return of $16.4 million.
