Physical Therapist Charged with Medicaid Fraud

A South Florida physical therapist who treated patients in Broward and Palm Beach counties has been charged with bilking the state Medicaid program out of more than $100,000 by inflating the time he spent with his clients.State Attorney General Bill McCollum said Arne Rabiner, 59, billed the Medicaid program for hour-long treatments when the treatments lasted for 30 minutes. He also billed the program for weekend services he never provided, McCollum said.
