The owner of two Boston construction companies was indicted Monday on 11 criminal counts related to failure to carry workers' compensation coverage, the state attorney general's office announced this week.
Christopher Rapczynski, 48, of Andover, was charged with six counts of workers' compensation fraud, one count of failure to provide workers' compensation insurance and five counts of larceny over $250.
