The California Assembly Insurance Committee unanimously approved a bill that would expand a presumption that post-traumatic stress disorder is an occupational condition for specific public sector workers, despite objections that proponents haven’t demonstrated the need for the initial presumption, let alone a reason to apply it to more workers.
