The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation has repealed 28 Texas Administrative Code Sections 41.101 through 41.160. The regulations address insurance carrier mailing addresses and access to board records.State Commissioner of Workers' Compensation Rod Bordelon filed the repeal with the Texas Secretary of State's Office on Monday.
