Agency Nearly Ready to Roll Out Electronic Employee Claim Process

The state Workers’ Compensation Commission announced Monday it is close to launching its new electronic employee claim process, Form C1. The new application will allow claimants to sign the form with a mouse or finger/stylus on a touch-enabled device. Attorneys must use their WFMS Online Services subscription to access the C1 and will have the option to send the notification email to the client to sign electronically or print out the authorization, have the worker sign it and then upload it to the electronic form.
