DWC: Don't Refile Declarations Through EAMS

The Division of Workers’ Compensation said in an email sent to electronic filers and users of its JET File system that lien declarations mandated by Senate Bill 1160 and proof of service should not be refiled using the Electronic Adjudication Management System. The email sent Tuesday informs lien claimants that the submission of electronic lien-related documents through EAMS must comply with Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board rules.
