NASI Finds little Evidence that large nonprofit Health Networks Increase Care Quality, Efficiency

The National Academy of Social Insurance has concluded that there is little evidence to support that integrated delivery networks – large, nonprofit health systems that include hospitals, independent physicians and post-acute care facilities – offer higher quality, more efficient medical care.
