AF Group to Acquire AmeriTrust Group

AF Group on Tuesday announced that it entered into an agreement through subsidiary Accident Fund Insurance Co. of America to purchase AmeriTrust Group. AmeriTrust, headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, offers specialty insurance programs including workers’ compensation, commercial packages and automotive business coverages.
