The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board sanctioned a Beverly Hills defense attorney $2,500 for attacking the integrity of a workers' compensation judge and suggesting that he be terminated. The Workers' Compensation Appeals Board determined that the sole reason for Martin Reiner's supplemental brief in his petition to disqualify Judge Richard Shapiro was to impugn the judge's integrity.
