Feds Give Up Search for Source of Leaked Calderon Affidavits,

The U.S. Attorney's Office found no evidence that a government official was responsible for leaking a sealed search warrant affidavit detailing bribery and corruption allegations against former California state Sen. Ronald Calderon, and has closed its investigation, according to court documents filed Wednesday. Al Jazeera America in October 2013 published the affidavit which alleged Calderon accepted bribes from Michael D. Drobot, former owner of Pacific Hospital of Long Beach.
