Commission Can't Use Visual Acuity Ratings to Determine Impairment

The Ohio Supreme Court unanimously ruled that a worker failed to submit sufficient medical evidence to establish entitlement to benefits for a loss of vision, and that the Industrial Commission correctly refused to determine his degree of impairment based on medical evidence of pre- and post-injury acuity.
