Widow Gets New Trial on Damages Owed by GC for Worker's Fatal Fall

The New Mexico Court of Appeals ruled that the widow of an ironworker who fell to his death is entitled to a new trial on the issue of damages, but that she cannot hold the general contractor on the project jointly and severally liable for the full amount of damages awarded by the jury.
