The Missouri Court of Appeals on Tuesday ruled that the Kansas City Chiefs cannot compel two former employees to arbitrate their age-discrimination claims against the club.Arbitration is the preferred method of resolving disputes between teams and non-player employees, National Football League spokesman Greg Aiello said Tuesday.
