Board Switching to Universal Form for Doctor Billing, Reports; Offers Training Video

To reduce paperwork and perhaps spur more participation by doctors in the treatment of injured workers, the New York Workers' Compensation Board has adopted a more-universal form for billing and reports, the board announced. The board is also offering training webinar sessions and a video to help familiarize providers with the new form.
