An Ohio manufacturer is contesting federal safety citations that allege the company exposed workers to respiratory, chemical and other hazards.
Ohio Gratings Inc. faces penalties of $183,748 in connection with the citations, which the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued on June 11. OSHA said the case will now go before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
