Trucking VP Pleads Guilty to Fraud in Contract With USPS

The vice president of a Miami trucking company pleaded guilty in case involving the use of contracted workers rather than regular employees to carry out a contract with the U.S. Postal Service. Alexei Rivero, 46, pleaded guilty last week to a two-count wire fraud indictment, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.
