Window-Cleaning, Security Companies Indicted in Premium Fraud Cases

Texas Mutual Insurance Co. has announced indictments in two workers’ comp premium fraud cases. In the first case, a Travis County grand jury indicted Keith Witt of Bulverde, Kevin Hyland of San Antonio, Hi-Serve Inc. (doing business as Winco of South Texas), and Winco Building Services LLC on workers’ compensation fraud-related charges.
