The California Workers' Compensation Institute will hold one-day case law seminars in May in Long Beach and San Francisco.
The seminars will include an update on recent decisions with a focus on cases affecting people with negotiating authority, CWCI said.
Defense attorneys Michael Marks and Saul Allweiss, from the Offices of Allweiss & McMurtry, and Richard "Jake" Jacobson of Shaw, Jacobsmeyer, Crain & Claffey will lead the discussion.
