Division Accepting Proposals for IMR, IBR Vendor

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation is soliciting bids through May 12 from vendors interested in performing independent medical and independent bill review.Both contracts would be for a minimum of three years beginning Jan. 1, 2015, and could be extended until Dec. 31, 2020, upon mutual agreement by both parties.The current IMR and IBR contracts with Maximus Federal Services, Inc. expire Dec. 31, 2014.
