The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing $63,700 in penalties against a Georgia truck body manufacturer for exposing workers to safety hazards.OSHA said it found 20 serious safety and health violations during a March inspection of Blue Ridge Manufacturing's plant in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
