BWC Proposes Changes to Voc-Rehab Rules for MCOs

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, required by law to review regulations every five years, has made some proposed changes to rules for vocational rehabilitation services. The changes to Ohio Administrative Code 4123-18 would require managed care organizations to provide vocational rehabilitation management to injured workers, under the state's health partnership program.
