The Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission said it will discontinue all in-person hearings at all venues as of the close of business Friday.
There will be no in-person arbitration or review hearings of any kind, the commission said. And there will be no pro se settlement hearings.
Virtual review status call hearings, virtual oral arguments, virtual arbitration monthly status calls and virtual pretrial conferences will be heard as scheduled.
The commission also said there will be no pro se arbitrators sitting at any venue through the end of November.
