Commission Discontinuing All In-Person Hearings

The Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission said it will discontinue all in-person hearings at all venues as of the close of business Friday. There will be no in-person arbitration or review hearings of any kind, the commission said. And there will be no pro se settlement hearings.
