Gov. Gives Labor a Nod, Signs Comp Bills

Utah Gov. Gary Herbert has signed into law bills that increase death benefits, expand attorney fees, penalize employers who retaliate against workers for filing claims, and launch a study of hospital costs.  Three of the bills were introduced by state Sen.
