PEOs Ask State to Regulate Them by Requiring Registration

It’s not every day that a special-interest group goes to a legislature and asks to be regulated, says Massachusetts state Rep. John Scibak. But that’s what a national trade group for PEOs did. “They said we would like to be regulated, we think we ought to be licensed.
