The Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court is reminding attorneys that the state Supreme Court continues to bar parties who recently have been exposed to the coronavirus from attending proceedings without court permission.
In the midst of a surge in COVID-19 cases around the state, the high court last week issued an order requiring attorneys to notify the court if participants in planned hearings, depositions, trials or conferences have tested positive for the disease, have been quarantined or have symptoms.
Those persons would be not be allowed into proceedings without authorization ...
